Orders and Payment
- Search for specific items you wish to purchase.
- Add all items you wish to purchase to your cart and select check out.
- Enter complete details and select a payment option
- Wait for email confirmation of payment and order details
Currently, we accept payments via Dragonpay bank transfer.
Yes we have installment plants available only for Credit Card payments. Installment only applies to SRP.
You should receive an email with your payment and order details.
Shipping & Delivery
We accept orders nationwide
We will deliver your item in 3-5 days
We deliver your order to you by the next day for orders placed by 3PM of the current day
- We do not have a minimum order quantity nor do we charge a delivery fee for orders to be delivered in Metro Manila.
- Delivery charges may apply for orders outside of Metro Manila.
Returns & Exchanges
We only accept returns for defective goods. We do not accept return/replacement due to change of mind. Please send an email to inquiry@appliancewarehouse.ph and we will help you determine if the item is for repair or replacement.
For your return or exchange to be processed, you will need:
- Original Invoice
- Original Packaging
- Complete accessories
- Bundled Premium (if any)
